wallprint-th.com \u2013 Excellence in Wall Printing<\/h4>

This Code of Conduct defines the standards for our business practices, ethical behavior, and legal compliance. It is binding for all employees, freelancers, and business partners.<\/p>

1. Professionalism & Craftsmanship<\/h4>

Precision:<\/strong> We deliver high-quality wall prints using state-of-the-art technology. We do not compromise on the final result.<\/p>

Integrity:<\/strong> If a surface is unsuitable for printing, we inform the client transparently rather than delivering a sub-standard product.<\/p>

Cleanliness:<\/strong> We respect the client\u2019s property. We leave every workspace as clean as we found it.<\/p>

2. Legal Compliance & Fair Competition<\/h4>

Anti-Corruption:<\/strong> We have zero tolerance for bribery. No employee may offer or accept gifts, payments, or invitations intended to influence business decisions.<\/p>

Fair Competition:<\/strong> We do not engage in price-fixing or illegal agreements with competitors. We win contracts through quality and fair pricing.<\/p>

Labor Laws:<\/strong> We strictly prohibit any form of illegal employment or \u201cunder-the-table\u201d work.<\/p>

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright<\/h4>

Image Rights:<\/strong> We only print motifs for which the client holds the rights or for which a valid license exists.<\/p>

Liability:<\/strong> For custom designs provided by clients, we require written confirmation that they possess the necessary usage rights. We protect the intellectual property of artists and designers.<\/p>

4. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR)<\/h4>

Confidentiality:<\/strong> Personal data (names, addresses, photos of private\/business premises) is handled with strict confidentiality and stored only for order processing.<\/p>

Marketing Permissions:<\/strong> Before-and-after photos for social media or portfolios are only taken and published with the explicit written consent of the client.<\/p>

5. Workplace Safety & Environment<\/h4>

Safety First:<\/strong> Compliance with safety regulations (handling chemicals, ladders, or scaffolding) is mandatory. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be used.<\/p>

Eco-Friendly Printing:<\/strong> We prioritize the use of non-toxic, odor-free, and certified inks suitable for sensitive environments like hospitals or children\u2019s rooms.<\/p>

Waste Management:<\/strong> All printing waste and chemicals are disposed of according to environmental laws.<\/p>

6. Diversity & Mutual Respect<\/strong><\/h4>

Zero Tolerance:<\/strong> We do not tolerate discrimination based on origin, gender, religion, age, or orientation\u2014neither within our team nor toward our clients.<\/p>

Discretion:<\/strong> What our team sees or hears in a client\u2019s private or business space remains strictly confidential.
Reporting Violations<\/p>

Employees or partners who observe violations of this Code are encouraged to report them to management.
