1. Professionalism & Craftsmanship

Precision: We deliver high-quality wall prints using state-of-the-art technology. We do not compromise on the final result.

Integrity: If a surface is unsuitable for printing, we inform the client transparently rather than delivering a sub-standard product.

Cleanliness: We respect the client’s property. We leave every workspace as clean as we found it.

2. Legal Compliance & Fair Competition

Anti-Corruption: We have zero tolerance for bribery. No employee may offer or accept gifts, payments, or invitations intended to influence business decisions.

Fair Competition: We do not engage in price-fixing or illegal agreements with competitors. We win contracts through quality and fair pricing.

Labor Laws: We strictly prohibit any form of illegal employment or “under-the-table” work.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Image Rights: We only print motifs for which the client holds the rights or for which a valid license exists.

Liability: For custom designs provided by clients, we require written confirmation that they possess the necessary usage rights. We protect the intellectual property of artists and designers.

4. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR)

Confidentiality: Personal data (names, addresses, photos of private/business premises) is handled with strict confidentiality and stored only for order processing.

Marketing Permissions: Before-and-after photos for social media or portfolios are only taken and published with the explicit written consent of the client.

5. Workplace Safety & Environment

Safety First: Compliance with safety regulations (handling chemicals, ladders, or scaffolding) is mandatory. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be used.

Eco-Friendly Printing: We prioritize the use of non-toxic, odor-free, and certified inks suitable for sensitive environments like hospitals or children’s rooms.

Waste Management: All printing waste and chemicals are disposed of according to environmental laws.

6. Diversity & Mutual Respect

Zero Tolerance: We do not tolerate discrimination based on origin, gender, religion, age, or orientation—neither within our team nor toward our clients.

Discretion: What our team sees or hears in a client’s private or business space remains strictly confidential.
Reporting Violations

Employees or partners who observe violations of this Code are encouraged to report them to management. We guarantee that “whistleblowers” will face no retaliation for reports made in good faith.
