These are the requirements for your rooms
- The surface to be printed on must be freely accessible and may have (vertically) only a small inclination toleranc
- The surface to be printed on should be as flat as possible for the vertical printer and (in the case of printing close to the ceiling with horizontally straight ceiling connection) accessible to the printer
- The printing area should not be higher than three to four meters
The details and the fine print
- We are talking about a five colour ink, therefore we can print on any subground colour
- For technical reasons, the height of direct prints is limited to three to four meters
- If the motif is to be applied at a greater height, it is necessary to build a fixed frame for the vertical printer, which will be set up on site and adjusted before printing begins
- The marginal areas to adjacent surfaces and offset components (top, bottom, lateral) cannot be printed on for technical reasons
- In the event of technical faults (during printing), reprinting is sometimes associated with repeated preparation of the substrate, and considerable expenditure of time on site
- A trained technician monitors the printing in order to manually compensate, among other things, for small inclination tolerances or local uneven spots
- We need 230V alternating voltage (“normal household current”)
